EPDM manufacturer has big expansion plans for its production facility in Germany, which will be operational in 2022.
CARLISLE Construction Materials Europe has launched the next phase of its plans to expand capacity at its production facility in Waltershausen, Germany, thus laying the foundation for further growth.
In September 2018, the company opened a new, modularly expandable plant there for the production of RESITRIX EPDM waterproofing membranes, among other products. RESITRIX is one of the leading brands in the single-layer EPDM waterproofing sector and is said to be experiencing steadily increasing demand.
In the next expansion phase, state-of-the-art machinery and efficient, environmentally-friendly production processes will continue to ensure that not only do the products meet the highest quality demands of customers, but that the manufacturer also meets the requirements for environmental protection and sustainability in an “outstanding manner”.
Georg Harrasser, President CARLISLE CM Europe, explained: “With this important investment, we are once again accelerating our growth strategy in the UK & Europe. We want to be the preferred partner of our customers, offering complete systems of innovative as well as sustainable solutions and services.”
The production expansion in the new factory is scheduled to be operational in 2022.
