Makita UK has expanded its extensive offering with a number of new powerful XGT 40VMax machines.

TW007G and TW008G XGT 40VMax Brushless Impact Wrenches: The new TW007G and TW008G impact wrenches offer four speed options, so users can easily adjust the output to match the task for optimum operation. These machines can deliver up to 2,900 impacts per minute and reach a no-load speed of up to 2,300rpm ensuring operator efficiency. For ease of use, both models also feature a trigger switch that allows operators to activate full speed mode at the press of a button. To ensure user comfort, the TW007G and TW008G have been ergonomically designed with a rubberised soft grip which means the machines can be used for extended periods of time without fatigue. In addition, the LED job light means the work area is always illuminated for clear visibility and safety. Finally, the TW007G and TW008G feature an electric brake which quickly stops rotation for increased operator safety.

MP001G XGT 40VMax Inflator: The MP001G has three inflation modes (high speed, low speed and ball mode) and can achieve a maximum air discharge of up to 24 litres per minute depending on the setting chosen. Helpfully, the MP001G will automatically stop inflating when the pre-set target pressure is reached, and it has an air release function to prevent over inflation. The digital pressure gauge displays both the target and current pressure values for easy monitoring.

DC40RB Two Port Charger: The DC40RB can quickly charge two XGT batteries at the same time for maximum on site efficiency. It can charge a 4.0Ah XGT 40VMax battery within just 45 minutes and utilises real-time battery data to optimise the charging process and prevent damage. The DC40RB also features a status indicator light, so users know when their batteries are charged and ready for use. The DC40RB can also be used to charge 18V LXT batteries when in conjunction with the ADP10 adaptor. This means that professionals only need one charger to keep their LXT and XGT products powered throughout the day.

MR007GZ DAB Radio (with Bluetooth): The MR007GZ is the perfect jobsite companion. It can receive both DAB and DAB+ radio stations and is equipped with Bluetooth to wirelessly connect to mobile phones within a range of 10m to play music from the device. It has also been IP65 rated for dust and shower protection and features elastomer bumpers for added durability. The MR007GZ is also designed to ensure users can adjust the output to their preferences. It includes six selectable sound modes to suit various music genres and ‘My Equaliser Mode’ enables users to adjust the treble, midrange and bass to achieve their desired sound quality. The multi-amplifier system also provides clear hi-fi sound reproduction without affecting the sound quality – even when the volume is high. Helpfully, the MR007GZ can be powered using Makita’s CXT, LXT and XGT batteries, making it the perfect addition to any toolbox.
