Mark Bruchez takes over from Peter Dietrich, and says he is looking forward to “working positively towards the future to meet changing market conditions and customer requirements.”
Kemper System, the liquid resin roofing and waterproofing manufacturer, has appointed a new Managing Director.
Mark Bruchez, from Cheshire, will be heading up the business at its headquarters in Warrington, as former MD Peter Dietrich steps down.
Mark has worked at Kemper System for 17 years, starting as Technical Coordinator in 2003, and working his way up to Executive Director (Technical) – a role he has undertaken for the last decade.
With more than 30 years of experience within the construction sector and business management roles, Mark has also previously worked as a project leader and quality controller at Stirling Lloyd Group.
As a long-standing employee of Kemper System, Mark has formed strong relationships with both contractors and specifiers, and works closely with the Kemper System head office in Germany, as well as subsidiaries across the globe.
Speaking of his new role, Mark said: “Kemper System has been part of my life for almost 20 years and I am thrilled to be taking on this new role. I am looking forward to building on the solid foundations that are already in place thanks to the excellent team at Kemper System, and working positively towards the future to meet changing market conditions and customer requirements.
“We have an exciting year ahead of us backed by a strong team, and I am very much looking forward to what the future holds.”
Peter Dietrich, former MD of Kemper System, added: “I am delighted that such a dedicated and knowledgeable member of the Kemper System team will be taking on such an important role.
“Mark’s wealth of experience in the market and of Kemper System, as well as his customer driven service and technical awareness will make a positive impact on the business, and I wish him the very best of luck.”
