Vivalda Group has strengthened its senior team with four new appointments as the façade products and fabrication specialist looks to build on its growth during 2026.
The company has appointed John Porter as Senior Specification Manager, Josh Byrne as Head of Aluminium, Emma Davis as Group Commercial Manager and Tony Hildreth as Branch Manager for Vivalda London.
Porter brings industry experience to a role focused on supporting architects, contractors and specifiers in selecting appropriate solutions for projects, strengthening Vivalda’s technical support throughout the specification process.
Byrne will lead one of the company’s fastest-growing product categories, with responsibility for developing Vivalda’s aluminium strategy. A key focus will be increasing sales of MetSkin, its solid aluminium cladding system for new-build and refurbishment projects.
Davis will help shape the group’s commercial strategy and support sales of cladding materials and through-wall façade components, including the Cedral range from Etex and Viroc cement-based cladding panels.
Hildreth, meanwhile, will take responsibility for operational performance and customer service at Vivalda’s London branch.
Ben Jayes, Group Managing Director, said: “These four appointments mark an exciting moment for us. Each of them brings genuine expertise and a track record of success in their field, and together they significantly strengthen our senior team.
“As we continue to grow, having the right people in the right roles is absolutely critical.”
Jayes added that Vivalda is seeing “green shoots emerging” as projects gain Gateway 2 approval and design orders are issued, resulting in increased demand for façade material supplies.
