WernerCo has launched the new Werner Telescopic Soft Close Extension Ladder, the latest solution in its extensive telescopic range.
With a maximum load capacity of 150kg and a new soft close design that ensures a smooth retraction and prevents finger trapping, this telescopic ladder offers a safe solution that is ideal for users on the go.
Suitable for both professional and non-professional use, the 850 series is available in two lengths – 2.6m and 2.9m – both of which can be easily adjusted to suit a multitude of applications, allowing the user a safe working from height of up to 3.15m and 3.42m respectively. With safety in mind, the colour-coded lock indicators make it easier than ever for users to see when the ladder is set up correctly, whilst the automatic locking mechanism provides extra security when in use.
Both models have been ergonomically designed with automatic locking and single-handed unlocking systems, allowing for safe and simple opening and closing. Thanks to its compact dimensions, making it smaller than most extension ladders when closed, the new telescopic ladder can be easily stored and is also incredibly easy to transport as it fits into the boot of most standard cars. Additionally, the rubber hand grip provides extra support when carrying the ladder.
For stability when working and to protect against damage, the telescopic ladder features slip-resistant rungs, safety grip wall bumpers and a moulded foot brace. Additionally, the non-marking feet protectors prevent floor damage when working indoors.
